It is not the obligation of the hotel to notify the hotel administration in advance if you have any allergy symptoms, hypersensitivity, or intolerances, including but not restricted to: a specific fabric, substance, odor eliminator, or prepared meals.
You can put your possessions in a secure storage container in your accommodation or, upon demand, the hotel will store them for you. The hotel is allowed to impose a fee for storing these things.
You must let the hotel know in advance if the objects you want to store are really expensive. Such items might not be accepted for storage by the hotel.
To create a clean and secure atmosphere, the administration and employees put in a lot of effort. We make every effort to create a safe place, and we request that our visitors do the same. Our Hotel is not liable if a car left in the carpark lot is damaged or disappears. The hotel is required to make it abundantly obvious in the parking lot that it is unattended and that it is not liable for any items parked there.
The use of valet service is entirely the guest's responsibility, and during check-in, the guest must fully abide by any security team recommendations. The hotel is not responsible for the disappearance of any belongings from these parked cars.
